The highly anticipated mobile RPG, Dark and Darker Mobile, is gearing up for its official release, with the soft launch in Canada scheduled for February 5, 2025. After months of anticipation, KRAFTON has confirmed that players worldwide will be able to experience this thrilling adventure in the first half of 2025.
Blending RPG, battle royale, and dungeon-crawling mechanics, Dark and Darker Mobile offers a unique gaming experience set in a dark medieval world. Players will dive into dungeons, battle ferocious monsters, and face off against rival adventurers in this genre-defying game. Featuring six distinct character classes, each with specialized skills, the game promises both solo play and cooperative team-building opportunities, giving players plenty of ways to explore and conquer the game world.
Originally announced in August 2023, KRAFTON’s exclusive global license for Dark and Darker Mobile has already captured the attention of fans. A recent closed beta test, conducted from August 1-11, 2024, gathered valuable player feedback, contributing to notable improvements in both the combat mechanics and user interface.
The soft launch in Canada is a pivotal step ahead of the global rollout. The official global release window, spanning from February to June 2025, ensures that developers can fine-tune the game based on the initial player feedback from Canada. While a worldwide release is expected soon after the soft launch, the team is committed to refining the experience, ensuring players enjoy an optimized, polished version at launch.
